An Interview with Dr. Nancy Pardee

Dr. Pardee is administrator for the University of Chicago Center for Jewish Studies and served as Adjunct lecturer at schools in the Chicago area—Both at the University of Chicago and Saint Xavier University. 

Dr. Pardee’s academic writing interests center around the study of the Didache. She has a published article in The Didache in Context: Essays on Its Text, History, and Transmission published by Brill (1995). She has other articles on the Didache in the Encyclopedia of the Bible and Its Reception, a forthcoming SBL Volume, and a few other articles in OT and NT. She is also the author of The Genre and Development of the Didache published by Mohr Siebeck in 2012. Over the past number of years, she has been involved in SBL and the Chicago Society of Biblical Research.
